Marnie is a highly experience Property Manager with 8 years experience in the Fraser Coast area.
Marnie joined Ray White Maryborough in February 2006 and has continually developed the Property Management Department.
She is passionate about her role and the Property Management Industry.Professional Development is a very important part of Marine's position; she prides herself on being up to date on current legislation and tenancy issues.
She was awarded Queensland Property Manager of the Year and the Ray White Annual Awards held in Brisbane on 22 February 2007. Marnie was chosen over 200 other managers in the state and from criteria which included rent roll growth, arrears rate and average rental return.
As of December 2009 Marnie became a Partner in the business with new owner Guy Meredith. Marnie & Guy have plans to develop the office into the leading Maryborough Agency and offer a Professional Property Management Service.
